- A minimum of 2 (two) participants is required to join any tour.
- Choose the Bali trip or activity you’d like to book.

- Once we receive your booking request, we will reconfirm it to ensure all details are accurate.
Online Payments:
- Payments are made via bank transfer to our official company account
- We accept payments in USD, Indonesian Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate.
- All prices include government tax.
- After making your payment, please confirm your order with us.

- Children aged 3 to 11 years receive a 50% discount.

Cancellation Policy
- If you need to amend your booking, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
- If you cancel the tour at least 48 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply
- If you cancel within 47 to 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date or fail to show up, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
