How To Book
- A minimum of 2 (two) participants is required to join any tour.
- Choose the Bali trip or activity you’d like to book.
- Use the booking form on our website to send us a message or request.
- Once we receive your booking request, we will reconfirm it to ensure all details are accurate.
Online Payments:
- Payments are made via bank transfer to our official company account
- We accept payments in USD, Indonesian Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate.
- All prices include government tax.
- After making your payment, please confirm your order with us.

- Children aged 3 to 11 years receive a 50% discount.
- Infants under 3 years old can join for free.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to amend your booking, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
- If you cancel the tour at least 48 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply
- If you cancel within 47 to 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date or fail to show up, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

- The cost of a Standard Bali day tour does not include lunch or admission fees. These must be paid for separately.

Things You Need to Know Before Booking
- Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your voucher email
- Transportation: Free hotel return transfers in the covered areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, and Sanur (Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Canggu and Ubud, are subject to an additional charge of IDR 150,000 per group up to 6 pax)
- Kindly wait at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pickup time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure
- Please pay attention to the monkeys in Monkey Forest Are area. It is important to remove shiny materials (earrings, necklaces, hair clips, glasses, etc.) that may attract their curiosity.
