Our tours are conducted in private air-conditioned vehicles and English speaking driver guides.

All tour costs are listed on our website as we value open and honest pricing.

 

Procedure for Booking:

It’s simple to schedule a tour simply fill out the form, send an email, or send a WhatsApp message with the trip’s specifics. To guarantee availability and prevent disappointment, we advise scheduling your tour well in advance, particularly during seasons of high travel demand. Our staff is always available to help you with your reservation and make sure your trip is as enjoyable as possible. 50% of the total tour or service cost must be paid as a deposit to confirm a reservation; the remaining amount is due at the time of booking.

Payment Terms:

Payment Method: We accept payment via bank transfer, to our official company account. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with our bank account details for payment.

We accept payments in USD, Indonesian Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate.

All prices include government tax.

Payment Deadlines: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount is due 2 days prior to arrival.

Currency and Exchange Rates: All transactions will be processed in US Dollars. If your bank account is in a different currency, you may be charged a currency conversion fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to amend your booking, it should be done at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
If you cancel the tour at least 48 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply
If you cancel within 47 to 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date or fail to show up, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees (minus payment processing fees).
Exceptions: Some bookings, such as special events or group bookings, may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific booking details for more information

Rescheduling Your Tour

  • If you reschedule the tour 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If you reschedule within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 25% of the price. Rescheduling is at the discretion of our team and is subject to availability.
  • If you cancel for less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price. Rescheduling is at the discretion of our team and is subject to availability.

Law And Jurisdiction:

Terms and conditions, performance, and all arising out dispute from or in its relation with conditions, and this rule is set by the law of Indonesia. You herewith agree and bow to the jurisdiction of non-exclusive justice of the Republic Of Indonesia in all arising questions and controversy from or in its relation to conditions and rules, performance and usage of this site.
