How To Book

A minimum of 2 (two) participants is required to join any tour.

Once we receive your booking request, we will reconfirm it to ensure all details are accurate.

Payments are made via bank transfer to our official company account

Your booking will be confirmed upon successful payment.

We accept payments in USD, Indonesian Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: Bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details and the reason for cancellation.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees (minus payment processing fees).

Exceptions: Some bookings, such as special events or group bookings, may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific booking details for more information
