How it works for this tour:

• Day 1 Pick-up: We can pick you up from your hotel or directly from the Airport arrival hall to start your “Coastal Splendor” journey immediately.

• Final Day Drop-off: At the end of your tour program, we can drop you off back at your hotel or directly at the Airport departure terminal in time for your flight.

• Full Convenience: There are no extra charges for airport transfers as long as they are scheduled within the dates of your chosen tour program.

No problem! If you’d like to extend your trip, an overtime charge of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies, payable directly to your driver in cash.

• Rescheduling: We offer Free Rescheduling if the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start. This allows us to realign our team’s schedule for your “luvly” trip.
• Cancellations (>24 Hours): If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the tour, your 50% deposit is refundable, minus a 10% administration fee to cover bank processing and administrative costs.
• Cancellations (<24 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time (“No-Shows”), are non-refundable. In this case, the 50% deposit is used to cover the operational costs and the dedicated time of our team.
• Reason: Because we operate on a Private Tour model, once a booking is confirmed, the vehicle and our dedicated team member are locked in exclusively for you and cannot be reserved by another guest.

3. Payment: To secure your booking, please follow the instructions below:

   1. Official Bank Account: Please transfer the FULL PAYMENT to our official company bank account listed below to secure your reservation.

   2. Currency Option: For payments in IDR (Rupiah), the total amount is as specified in your billing details.

   3. Confirmation: Once the transfer is complete, please send a copy of your receipt via WhatsApp or Email. We will issue your official Booking Confirmation Voucher immediately after the payment is verified.

4. Final Voucher: Please send a copy of your transfer receipt via WhatsApp or Email. Once verified, we will immediately issue your Booking Confirmation (Voucher) to officially reserve your vehicle and team for your journey.
