The price is all-inclusive for the vehicle service. It covers:

  • A private, air-conditioned vehicle (clean and well-maintained).
  • A professional English-speaking driver who also acts as your local guide.
  • Fuel (Petrol) for the entire journey.

Flexible service duration ranging from 8 to 12 hours per day, depending on your selected tour program.

No. To give you full flexibility, our rates do not include entrance fees to attractions, parking fees, or your meals. This allows you to choose exactly where you want to go and what you want to eat based on your budget.

No problem! If you’d like to extend your trip, an overtime charge of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies, payable directly to your driver in cash.

  • Rescheduling: Free if requested at least 24 hours before the tour starts.
  • Cancellations (>24 hrs): You will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee for bank processing.
  • Cancellations (<24 hrs): Last-minute cancellations or “No Shows” are non-refundable.

Booking is simple and stress-free. To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your trip, please follow these steps:

  1. Inquiry: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to check availability for your preferred date and tour program.

  2. Confirmation: Once our team confirms availability, please return to the tour page and click the “Check Availability” button. Follow the steps to select your date and vehicle quantity, then click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your reservation.

  3. Payment: To secure your booking, a 50% deposit via Bank Transfer is required.

    • Details: Detailed transfer instructions will be provided during the checkout process.

    • Balance: The remaining 50% balance is payable in USD cash directly to your driver upon arrival.

    • IDR Option: If you prefer to pay in IDR (Rupiah), the amount will be calculated based on the prevailing Google Finance exchange rate on the day of your arrival.

  4. Final Voucher: Please send a copy of your transfer receipt via WhatsApp or Email. Once verified, we will immediately issue your Booking Confirmation (Voucher) to officially reserve your vehicle and team for your journey.

This process ensures your vehicle and driver are officially reserved and ready for your “luvly” adventure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS — BALI LUVLY TOUR

Welcome to Bali Luvly Tour. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We prioritize transparency and your comfort as our local travel companion.

1. PRICING & SERVICE MODEL (UNIT CAR SYSTEM)

  • Per Unit Pricing: All transportation services are charged per vehicle (unit car), not per person. This price includes a comfortable private air-conditioned vehicle, fuel (petrol), parking fees, and a dedicated English-speaking driver as your local companion.
  • Price Transparency: The price you see is the price you pay. We guarantee no hidden charges.
  • Service Inclusions: Standard pricing generally includes the car unit, driver, and petrol. Entrance tickets to attractions, lunch, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated in a particular tour package.

2. Booking Payment

Urgent Bookings: For spontaneous trips (less than 24 hours), please contact us directly via WhatsApp at [Insert Your WhatsApp Number] to check availability.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We value honesty and clear communication to ensure our operations run smoothly. Since each booking is exclusively reserved for you, we have established the following policies:

  • Rescheduling: We offer Free Rescheduling if the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start. This allows us to realign our team’s schedule for your “luvly” trip.

  • Cancellations (>24 Hours): If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the tour, your 50% deposit is refundable, minus a 10% administration fee to cover bank processing and administrative costs.

  • Cancellations (<24 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time (“No-Shows”), are non-refundable. In this case, the 50% deposit is used to cover the operational costs and the dedicated time of our team.

  • Reason: Because we operate on a Private Tour model, once a booking is confirmed, the vehicle and our dedicated team member are locked in exclusively for you and cannot be reserved by another guest.

4. DOCUMENTATION & CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

  • Documentation Consent: During the tour, our local companions (drivers) may take photos or videos of your activities with your on-site verbal consent.
  • Usage Rights: By participating in our tour, you grant Bali Luvly Tour the right to feature such documentation on our official website (baliluvlytour.com) and official social media channels as a reference for our services.
  • Privacy Option: Should you prefer not to be documented for privacy reasons, please inform our driver at the beginning of the trip, and we will strictly respect your request.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE & LIABILITY

While we ensure the highest safety standards with reliable vehicles and experienced drivers, Bali Luvly Tour does not provide individual travel insurance. We strongly recommend participants have their own personal travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents.

6 LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia under our registered entity, PT Anugerah Vati Indonesia, based in Denpasar, Bali.

7. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS (FUEL POLICY)

  • Price Fluctuations: Prices listed on our website or marketing materials are subject to change without prior notice in the event of a government-mandated fuel price (BBM) increase.
  • Transparent Communication: If a price adjustment occurs after your booking is confirmed but before your tour date, we will communicate this change to you honestly and transparently.
