- Cancellations (>24 Hours): If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the tour, your 50% deposit is refundable, minus a 10% administration fee to cover bank processing and administrative costs.
- Cancellations (<24 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time (“No-Shows”), are non-refundable. In this case, the 50% deposit is used to cover the operational costs and the dedicated time of our team.
- Reason: Because we operate on a Private Tour model, once a booking is confirmed, the vehicle and our dedicated team member are locked in exclusively for you and cannot be reserved by another guest.
